Paper: |
Written papers will be required for works accepted for presentation at the Workshop. The due date for full papers is the last day of the workshop. Paper formatting information and submission details will be sent to each author by the Proceedings editor. Speakers must register for the conference in order for their paper to be published (and to secure a speaking slot). Proceedings are included in the cost of registration. These papers will be published in the AIPR Proceedings, and indexed in IEEE Xplore. The page limit for each paper is 8 pages (4 sheets when printed on both sides). Please contact the Program Chair if you require extra pages - but please don't require extra pages! The Proceedings will be available soon after the workshop and sent to all paid attendees. A PDF of paper formatting information is available. IEEE information and templates are also available at this link. Note: papers are submitted to the Program Chair by having the .pdf file approved by IEEE (using http://www.pdf-express.org/). Please use the following steps for saving the Word file as a pdf file : 1. From the Windows button choose "Save As". Please note that some True Type fonts do not allow embedding or subset. The only way to fix this is choose another font. There is an extenstion from Microsoft called ttfext.exe. With this extension you can see if the font allows itself to be embedded or subset. |

Foreign Authors: |
Please note that it is the responsibility of the authors, and not the AIPR Committee or Workshop, to get the necessary legal documentation to travel to the United States. The U.S. Department of State's has an information page about Visas that you may find useful. There is also information on the typical wait times required for getting a Visa based on country of origin.
