Generative AI and Large Language Models
The 53rd Applied Imagery Pattern Recognition Workshop (AIPR 2025), to be held in Washington, D.C., invites abstract submissions for consideration at this year's workshop. The theme of AIPR 2025 is Imagery-related Challenges in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
The workshop provides a forum for experts to share their latest research and developments in the field, and to foster collaboration and knowledge transfer among academia, industry, and government. We encourage submissions of abstracts that highlight innovative approaches, techniques, and applications of generative AI and large language models, including but not limited to:
· Generative models pertaining to image and video analysis (including detection of AI generated work)
· Language models for text analysis for image understanding
· Multimodal fusion and analysis of image and text data
· Adversarial attacks, deep fakes, and defenses for generative models
· Explainability and interpretability of generative models
· Applications of generative AI and computer vision in various domains such as healthcare, cybersecurity, national security, law enforcement, environmental analysis, and disaster response
· Agentic AI applied to imagery and video
We also encourage submissions covering our traditional topics, including but not limited to:
· Image and video analysis
· Object detection and recognition
· Image segmentation and classification
· Geospatial analysis
· Robotics and autonomous systems
· Medical imaging and diagnostics
Abstracts should be submitted through the EDAS system at https://edas.info/N34047 . The submission deadline is July 11, 2025. AIPR 2025 will also feature keynote speakers providing a comprehensive presentation of the state-of-the-art in generative AI and large language models.
Important Dates:
· Abstract submission deadline: 11 July 2025
· Notification of acceptance: 15 August 2025
· Final paper submission deadline: 22 October 2025
